ReadID was named a 2020 NFC Forum Innovation Award Finalist in the category Best NFC Application in iOS. The NFC Forum Innovation Awards recognizes the development, deployment and use of state-of-the-art of NFC products, services and applications worldwide.

Unfortunately, we didn't win but we are proud that InnoValor - ReadID was chosen as a finalist in the NFC Forum 2020! We continue to innovate our identification solution to contribute to a safer society.

The Florin Awards were created in 2010 to stimulate innovation in the transaction services industry. This award recognizes a FinTech provider whose product or service makes a significant breakthrough in enabling or enhancing the payments process.

After having been selected as a nominee, the jury of the Florin Awards Europe 2019 selected ReadID as winner in the category Best FinTech Provider/ Excellence in FinTech. 

The Florin Awards are a European Payment Summit initiative supported by The Paypers. The award ceremony took place during the European Payment Summit 2019, in The Hague (Netherlands) on April 25th. 

FStech is a well-known community with a website and newsletter for IT decision-makers in the UK and European financial services sector. FStech organizes the annual FStech gala event, which took place on 21 March 2019 in the Marriot hotel in London. 

ReadID and iProov did a joint submission to the FStech Award 2019. And we won in the category Best Use of IT in Retail Banking & Insurance!

This year the Rabobank won with its Mobile Identification service because of its innovative use of NFC-based identity document verification. The category the jury selected was Best in IoT/OT, because of the chips in the identity documents. 

This Mobile Identification service was developed by a joint team of Rabobank and InnoValor, and uses ReadID to verify the authenticity of passports, identity cards and driving licenses.

The jury praised InnoValor's achievements in recent years, culminating in the enormous growth we have achieved with the product ReadID.

The region has a strong start-up culture, with the University of Twente as an enterprising university for many years. So there were competitors from around the university that we had to beat.

The Rising Star award is the gateway to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, the ranking of the fastest-growing technology companies in the Netherlands.

Thanks to the innovative solution ReadID, InnoValor has grown spectacularly in recent years and was being named for this award.


InnoValor won the the Accenture Innovation Award 2016 in the category Safe & Secure Society with its software product ReadID. 

The jury was impressed by how simple ReadID makes the advanced technology to read NFC chips in identity documents. ReadID brings identity verification within the read of a large audience, helping to prevent identity theft.
